Tudor Advent Calendar

Barbara has completed an 'Advent Calendar'  Tudor property purchased from Petworth Miniatures. She has filled the mini rooms with miniatures she has collected of everything she loves about Christmas!  One of the rooms contains a Tiny Clara doll she purchased from me which accompanies the Nutcracker dolls.

 

Fairy Gazebo

Another beautiful project from Barbara is a Gazebo kit purchased from Jman Lasercrafts. A perfect setting for two of my fairy dolls to have afternoon tea!

Workshop Santa

Workshop Santa

 Barbara put these photos of Santa in his workshop on Facebook saying ' I completed a really fun little Christmas project today.

🎄 This is the quarter scale Toymaker’s Workshop is from Debbie Young.  I turned it into Santa’s workshop since I had this wonderful little workshop Santa figure from Sally Reader Miniatures.  He’s amazing and he fits perfectly. The little Christmas tree decorated with gingerbread & candy canes is also by Sally Reader.

 I really enjoyed building and decorating this kit, especially the little furnishings and accessories including tiny toys and tools.

 

Alician Pearce- thanks for the inspiration to add the little “greens” atop the cabinets.  I remember seeing that in your photos you posted last Christmas.
I really liked how it looked and I knew I had some of that in my stash, so I made a note to add it 😊.  I’m not sure what it is (some kind of moss maybe), but it works great as “greens” in this scale. 
Of course, Santa has some kitties helping out in his workshop 😻 There are four of them, so see if you can spot them. 
Also, I must point out that both Barbara & Bob are included in the “Nice List” on Santa’s desk.  That was the original list that came with the kit. I did not edit it 😆
